Re cops: No Crown Vics in Ireland. Many of the roads are barely wide enough for the Focus! Plus - there's no way the cops there would accept an automatic.

Alfa spotting
Spotted this beautiful 2000 roadster last year at he Shumberg palace in Vienna. Notice the white interior. I think the owner must have something to do with the palace as the car was parked on the grounds at the administration building. Went to lunch at the resturant overlooking the parking area, on the chance I could talk to the owner. stayed so long, started to get dirty looks from the waiters

Saw a number of Alfa's in Vienna, but was suprised to see a large number in Budapest. Didn't get any pic's however. Another thing that surprise me was that just about every taxi I saw was a diesel Mercedes,

Went to Mid Ohio racetrack today for the Grand Am Cup Series and someone parked a Series 2 Spider next to our Mazda 6. The car was off-white with a red interior and had the Carello covers over the headlights. It was very nice.
We stayed to watch the Mazdaspeed Miata Cup race. What a blast! Those little cars really fly and they play "bumper car" going down the back straight. It looked like fun.

Friday evening there was a great looking '67 Duetto on RT 28 between Woodstock and Big Indian with NY vanity plates "67DUETTO" and on Saturday there was a nice Silver 1750 GT at the Citgo station in Woodstock. Anyone on the board?

It's strange how we can spot so many Alfas, and not one response saying, "hey, that was me!" Looks like there are many Alfisti who have yet to be recruited to the BB.

That's why i was thinking it would be cool to place a little slip of paper, or say a catchy/flashy biz card under their windscreen wiper or one that you can just toss to at a stoplight...
