i got to see an italian shop on the weekend, had 2 very nice looking spiders in for checkups.
I also saw a lancia scorpion ripping around on a winding road, looks far better than the pictures say.

Red GTV
Red 70's GTV about 8:30 this morning near downtown LA northbound on I-5 in the fast (!?!) lane, just past the I-10 interchange. Lot's of heartwarming patina! Looked much classier than the gray Boxster following. Sorry, no time for photos, I was southbound and moving!
Simon, was that you? Kinda looked like "re-entry red"!
Drive your Alfa!
Oops, sorry, wasn't driving mine - in Santo's shop. Soon, soon.

I actually saw an Alfa here in Grand Rapids today!! I've seen a few Spiders around, but it's probably been a year since I've seen one. Saw a nice '85 red Spider today. Suns out and the top was down. Wish my Spider was ready to drive!

A week ago Saturday on I-5 south of Santa Nella, we spotted a beautiful 1971 white Berlina. The man driving it was really enjoying the ride. I was in my truck as I was hauling furniture. If I was to honk and wave he might have thought we were crazy.

Alfa Spotted!!
I ride the Metro North home from work everyday and I've spotted a red 72--74 GTV in an apartment building car lot on 120th and Park ave. in Harlem, NYC . Looks like it needs paint and TLC. I haven't had the chance yet to take a closer look. Does this car belong to anyone here?

Yeah the white Giulia jr. is a decently modified little road beast too. I've had a go behind the wheel and she's a real mover. Owner claims that the motor was dyno'd with 155 whp. From a built 1750! It apparently has an 8 pound flywheel and a Porsche 911S aluminum clutch/pressure plate. Suspension is Ward & Dean setup. She's shockingly quick and nimble. It looks like new inside and out. A real keeper that's for sure.
