Sean, I missed those comments, I was still drooling over the pics. No, I'd love a police 75 with weapons anywhere, hehe. I think it would be so cool to see a Giulia Super in the Carabinieri livery, you know, blue paint, light bar, and Carabinieri written on the side. I love those cars, childhood memories...

If you look behind the red GTA, you can see a yellow Colli service vehicle. It's blue tool box is visible through the back door window. Just shows that Alfa was helping out at the track.
We had a Colli service van at our shop for some time. It now belongs to Dave Miracle. I wish he'd join the bb.

Antonio, thank you for the links, very cool. I once had to land at a Carabinieri Helicopter base and they were very gracious. I have tons of respect for those guys and a good friend of mine was a carabinieri until a couple of years ago.
Thanks again for the links, great info.

Yeah thanks GiuliaSprintGT for those links. My grandfather was a Seargent Detective in the Carabinieri, unfortunately he never got to drive any of those cool alfas, only picture I've got of him in uniform is sitting on a horse!

16, including panel vans and station wagons with the rear glass. No idea how many are left. Alfa used some of the yellow painted panel vans as service vehicles here in the US and elsewhere.

Didnt Ray Gulson in Canberra have one? Must be one of those but that was sold years ago from memory.

The ex-Gulson car won the concours prize at the AROCA Vic Spettacolo last November. It was also featured just last week in the Melbourne Age newspaper Drive section.

Attached is a photo from another thread on this board of it's appearance last November. Photo was taken by AlfaBB member Craig.
