Aussie 105 Trio

Currently running around on the sunny Queensland roads are:

'74 Spider: Quite a well travelled beasty, originally a USA delivery, then shipped to NZ, now in Australia, and RHD.

'66 Super: Mostly original, a joy to drive, and still quite capable of giving an errant hoon in his V8s the occasional shock!

'74 GT Junior: Even the original 1600 is all intact, previously a roadside rescue basket case, now back to her former glory.

The wheels do look very good on the car. Some in SA ran Porsche 924 wheels on the car. They looked awesome!!

Per,

I really like those Saab wheels. I reckon the standard steel alfa rims really suit the GTV, especially the stepnose cars and those Saab wheels almost look cleaner, simpler, more elegant in a way.

I might keep a look out for some in Australia but I cant say Ive remember seeing them before.

- Mate, that looks ace. Tell us more, is the Imola a special edition, like the 33 Imola was? Looks really menacing!

An Imola was a special model, it has the interior of a V6, the grey velours interior, skirts and bumpers painted.

When i first bought the car it was already lowered, and had the 16' Allessio Monza's, but the paint of the wheels was terrible so i painted them black instead of grey. I've done nothing very special to the car yet, i've got a set of lowering springs for the back waiting here, but first some technical malfunctions who need a fix.
