I wondered if it might be that museum. We were intending to visit it when we were living in Italy last year but didn't get around to it. After seeing your photos I wish we had!

There's an Italian marked P-51D on the left of the last picture. Did the US government sell them to Italy following WWII?? Pretty neat...

After WWII, Italian Air Forces got a lot of aircrafts from allied air forces like Mustangs, Texans, Spitfires and so on...

71 1750 Gtv
This is my latest acquisition. My plan is to use it as a once a week road car for a while, then do a resto in 5 - 10 years or so.
It used to be owned and raced by our local alfa/european wrecker where I live hence there are lots of non - 105 modifications which will take a bit to undo eventually! (You will already have noticed the junior grill and the spider momos).
The motor is also somewhat warmed (the 45's will be donated to my track car 'tho).
Cheers,

So that was Phil Ansell`s car. Can remember when he first got it-came from West Australia from what I remember-rust free but lots of gravel rash underneath. Phil had a GTA sliding block on the back and a very spagetti like extractors-are those parts still fitted?

No headers, pretty sure rear axle is now standard too. The PO has done most of the work returning it to road going condition but those parts didn't come with it. GTA style airbox with curved trumpets did 'tho (along with heaps of other spares)!
Cheers,

Hello, a new one here. My name is Carlo and I live in the Netherlands. Was looking around here quite a while and today registered myself.
I drive a Giulia 1300 Super with 2-litre engine and a whole list of other modifications. You'll find the list here: www.alfaspeed.nl , thats my site. This is my car:

That engine is a thing of beauty I think it would look just as good sitting in the middle of my living room as a discussion piece

That's a very pretty car Carlo! The white paint really suits it.
