Hello Joao , thanks for the compliment. Yes, I had owned the car previously and sold it to finance another interesting Alfa project. Unfortunately that deal fell through and when Richard traded it in on another car I bought it back. Bart

Very nice car and quite fortunate that you were able to re-purchase it!
I had a similar occurance when the ex-wife got the 67 GT Junior in the divorce. It was then sold after a few years. I eventually tracked the car down and 13 years after first losing her, I bought her back (the car, not the wife).
Something about paying twice for the same car.....

My 75
At last I have sorted my modem problems and can post some photos of my car! The first ones were taken when we went on our first Alfa Club run to the Barossa Valley, a famous wine producing area to the North of Adelaide. The last one is of some of the Alfas at the Mallala Motorsport Park last weekend when my son and I drove up to watch the circuit sprints. There were around 20 Alfas of various models racing out of a total of about 80 cars. This coming Sunday I will be entering my car in the annual "Alfas in Clover" concours event in the parklands here in Adelaide.

SpiderFrek:
Thanks for the compliments. Yup, my TI has one downdraft carb. I replaced the old Solex with a Weber. The engine has 1750 pistons so it's basically a 1700. It's also got the original column shift. Andrews Super has a 1750 engine w/ dual Webers.
If you are ever in the states look me up, you can take it out for a spin.

Our cars at Alfas in Clover 12/3/2006
These are some pics of my 75 and our 1988 33 1.7 at the South Australian Alfa club's "Alfas in Clover" show and shine last Sunday. There were over 50 cars on display. More photos can be found here:
