We stayed in the tent-cabins as well, and even in October with 30-40f nights the entire place was packed. Didn't plan on spending the night there but took a wrong turn and ended up in Yosemite at 8pm and was 100mi from the nearest hotel. It was still a great drive in and out of the place, little traffic when leaving on Saturday morning.

Giulia GTC (cabriolet) 105.29 (RHD) - 1966
Pisa - November 8, 2009
Here you are! ... Look at my just restored 1966 Giulia GTC 105.29, one of the only 99 RHD exemplars ever produced on a total of 1000 GTCs built by Carrozzeria Touring for Alfa Romeo, between 1964 and 1966!
Kind regards
Giovanni

If we can get enough pictures, maybe the thread will even become stickied!
edit: my car runs now! wooohooo (well... it's running a little smoother)

Long winter's nap
Here in Minnesota, we're pretty thrilled to get a decent November weather weekend like we've just had. 60+ degrees and dry. Next week it'll drop back to seasonal 40s and keep heading down with snow, etc. not far off. I put off getting the cars tucked in longer than usual this year and lucked out with some extra miles and one last Cars and Coffee event on Saturday. (the usual, too many new German cars, Lambos, one other lone spider and a pesky herd of old Brits.)
I have a 3 plus garage out here in the 'burbs. In the summer, I put my daily driver (TSX) outside, and park my very understanding, beautiful and did I say patient wife's RAV4 inside with the Alfas for extra breathing room for projects, etc.
As you can see from the photos, I use roller dollies to snug both cars up tight to reclaim as much room as possible and to all 4 in for the long winter. Still easy to access if I need to get at something.
I have one winter project lined up, redoing the seats in the spider, but then what?

That's nice that they can spoon and snuggle and keep each other company through the long cold winter. I can see I could fit another Alfa in my garage with those dollies. I could end up out there also though. Hmmmmm . . .

In the hill town in which I lived for a while in Umbria, Italy, people park their cars in their tiny garages even closer than that without dollies. I have seen an old man park his car like that. I don't know how they get in and out of them. They have amazing spatial awareness. Those dollies look like a great idea for the rest of us though.
