If you ever want to feel really gimpy, try shifting with your left hand some day in lots of traffic. Especially for right handers. I don't think the BIG guy intended for man to shift with his left hand, or handle swords, unless he is one of the 5% of leftys). Oh yea, horses and wagons didn't have gearshift . . .

There's actually much more to it, but most people probably aren't that interested in the issue. In any event, if you want to read pretty much THE definitive trivia about which side of the road the world drives on, go check this out: Which side of the road do they drive on?

Mmm, good stuff Alex.
I was right about the driving on the wrong side thing tho', as mentioned in the headlights bit about half way down. "Cars driven on the left side of the road usually have headlights aimed slightly to the left when not on full beam, and vice-versa with cars intended to be driven on the right. In Europe, it is common for travellers from the UK to affix deflectors to their headlights to prevent them dazzling oncoming drivers when driving on the "wrong" side of the road. (Nicholas Hodder)"

Lets get back to the piccies,
(a nice scenic maltese view as a back drop for your 156 maybe Mr Zammit)

He said that he had a report that there was a murder, and that I matched the description of the suspect, and was very serious and started to freak me out. Then he laughed and said he had noticed when he was behind me that my plate reads "187" which is apparently a cop code for murder. He wished me a good day, said "Nice Car!" and drove off.

PS: the shot of the dash is the 57,000 miles on the car. I have all the paperwork from the original bill of sale to last week.

Oh Andrew! (picks up bottom jaw from the floor). What a stunner, don't ever sell it (unless to me). Keep it out of that WA heat, I don't even like keeping my alfa in the sun and I'm in Tassie! You've have the best Alfa on this forum in my opinion.
