I'm still amazed by that exterior.

Hooligan yours is, in my opinion, the best terza serie Duetto I've seen from some time.

Thanks, Jaco!
I noticed you're in Bolzano... I enjoyed a trip through your area a year ago. I stayed in Merano, but enjoyed a visit to Bolzano, too. Beautiful! I would love to have my Spider on some of your roads.

This is my new one
It's a 156 Sportwagon GTA, the one with the 3.2 engine and 250 bhps. Has to do some works, but it's always a nice ride.
19'' rims "O.Z. Superleggera", KW Var 3 suspensions, Ragazzon central and final exhaust.
Hooligan, if come here another time, let me know, I'll show you some nice places and give some hints

They're affordable, by now
Anyway, I bought this 'cause my Girlfriend Lisa liked it. I'd rather have a 166... but I'm always 24, the 166 is the right car when I'll grow up

True, especially in the UK, could not afford both that and the Q4 though!

You up in London have some good guys at Autodelta UK, they really work seriously... the 3.7 engine conversion is one of my most insane thoughts...

Very nice GTA Sportwagon - that is my ultimate dream car, not the 8C, not a Ferrari, but GTA Sportwagon. (Actually, a '68 Stradale is the ultimate, but there are only 16 or so of them, and they're kinda pricey ) I wanted to, and tried to import a Sportwagon to the U.S., but it would have been insanely expensive to Federalize it here.
Your girlfriend has great taste!

But I saw, somewhere in this forum, a 916-series GTV in California, with US plates.
I think that if you really want a car like this, the price can be worth. I mean, how much can it be? 5000 $ or so?

Closer to $30K to legally Federalize - and that just to gets it into the U.S. Unfortunately, I also live in CA, and that offers a whole bunch more problems with emissions, etc. Too much hassle and money, for something I'd then be afraid to drive - I'd hate to have an accident in it and have to then try to fix it without any dealer support. I'm blissfully happy with my Alfettas! Though, if I ever could find a job in Europe, that'd be the car I'd look to by - gas prices be damned!
