Thanks! I keep meaning to get it out to photograph it, but I'm waiting for the new carpet to arrive... I bought some used black carpet (supposedly in excellent condition) to replace the faded brown carpet. It needs a few dents pulled and then it'll be a real stunner!

new member - my new baby

hi

ron here from south africa.

finally realised a lifelong dream & got hold of a gtv:

its a 1977 2 litre, restored by the previous owner, but a couple of jobs to do:

- brakes ;needed bleeding - sorted now
- electrics; battery runs flat when standing, headlights dont work, rear light clusters dead
- paintwork: doors bubble in the sun (trapped solvent?)
- wing mirror
- real wheels; hopefully some momos if i can find them.

Unhappy Last ride of the season

On Saturday - good thing cause yesterday it snowed
Also, gotta get a filter wrench that fits the 4.25 diameter Puro. I'm really getting tired of needing a screwdriver to get it off

Talking

A couple of parking lot photos of my 1987 Spider Veloce. Post detailing, pre black carpet install and dent popping. Looking good so far! Only has 28,000 miles...

All of the hoses under the hood are probably original... so they'll be replaced (but kept). A little extra wiring going on under the hood... some sort of alarm system, I guess. No longer working as far as I can tell. I'll rip all of that out soon.
