- Well, I am hardly Daron, but I'll answer for him, leaving him time to take care of the technical stuff
The images are not attached to the post, but instead posted on another server, and then linked to, by using the "insert image" button in the reply to thread box. If you right click on the images and go to "properties", you can see the original location of the images, in this case
"http://gtam.silvahalo.com/images/67GTV/L1010028.JPG"
Saves space on the alfabb.com server as well as being faster to use.

Hey enough with the "were restoring", I'm presently doing 6 days a week at work so have not had time to do any more, but rest assured it's still happening!!
Atleast Alfas are that little bit simplier in their construction that you do not need a degree in 'convoluted design principles' to understand .
Lancia's design methods were:
1. Analyse for perfect solution,
2. If simple one found ignore,
3. Continue until only the most impossible and expensive solution remain

I like that - there is some merit to it. That's also why some of us love La Lancia ..

#2 should read "If simple one found, but represents compromise, ignore". And #3 is actually #4; the real #3 is "Lock accountants in closet".
Other than, though, you've got it just about right.

Good to see I have amused the Lancia fans . Funny thing is FIAT owners think the same of Alfa Romeo's, and Ford owners the same of FIAT, etc. Honda owners the same of Ducati's ... too.
In the end rust is rust and bloody pain in the rear to repair!

The driverside rocker is in! The support structure has been removed and the body is held together by its own means. Still have a fair amount to do, but the car is getting healthier.
And the old next the new
