But seriously, what did happen to the other thread? Simon has been diplomatically silent on the matter... I'm not so much interested in the content (yeah, right ) as any possible gossip about misbehaving BBers

I remember it went off topic, as far as for Italian women, next thing you know it was just a woman thread, with hotties from everywhere. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted, thats for sure

Italian Women
Just so many responses I can think of to this reply that I wouldn't dare post -- so how about I'd rather be enjoying this setting after exhausting myself over hill and dale looking for that perfect pair, and that's not couple, but "pair" --- we'll see if ss is reading this thread also;
Tame, elusive, and beautiful, while tasteful at the same time.....more what you had in mind?
To keep everything in perspective, remember we're in the final countdown to Pat and my daughter's wedding --- 10 days and counting so I've spent the last year in every bridal shop, Macy's, Nordstroms', Bloomingdale's etc. known to man.

Yes, I was....you must have read the other thread!!! Just call me Imelda....a good friend and long-time Alfisti when I'm out of sorts says: "Cheryl, it's time to go buy another pair of shoes."
The connection --- Italian Women wear Italian Shoes; yes, I found a pair of Italian shoes, expensive, and I'm sure a one time wear unless the convention suddenly goes upscale and formal and I'll be ready...still not up to that $4k dress as indicated in the convention promo shopping activities.
LM is still trying to figure out how to set the correct time on those office "clock" stoppers of his.

LM,
I tried awfully hard to tie the topic to the pun that I just couldn't seem to come up with without really going afar a field and "punishing" you and everyone else on "Go Wax Your Alfa;" I tried to keep it clean, civil, and tasteful....by posting an "Italian" couple, as in woman and man, with Italian shoes.....sorry, I couldn't find a nice looking female that was totally covered. Maybe, I should have "Googled" berka instead of Italian shoes and Italian women. Then I simply responded to a post intended for you, and it kind of went from there.....
Whose calling the kettle black here? Mr. Off Topic, himself.
