Spotted green 164

Today around noon time when I was heading to Boston on 95N, spotted a green 164 Alfa on the other side of GW bridge. Its amazing how you can spot an Alfa between all that traffic in the bridge.
Anyone here?

More than likely, it was the same car that passed me by on the Palisades Parkway (south bound) yesterday around 4:15 PM. He diverted to go on the GW bridge and I on the NJ Turnpike.
