164 quads in Seattle

Do any of you know who owns the 4th 164 quad in town? I saw a black one at ferrari of Seattle today and pasqualie told me it wasn't Tom Williams' It lacked the red pin strip that Dave de Luca has on his so there is another black on black quad in town.

because I knew they wouldn't tell me. I've talked with doug about getting info on cars for the 164 registry I'm putting together and he wouldn't help me at all.

I did have them leave one of my business cards for the owner so we'll see if I i get contacted.
