A few pics of Louis' awesome 24V 75RS (I hope I got that right Louis), and my ex-Milano Gold, which Travis K now owns.

EMC (Wayne) does the EVO kits (which is nice but not enough for me:rolleyes:) and Vince specialises in Veloce kits!

My kit (as above) is from Holland and is made from moulds taken from the original "works" cars (very expensive 2k+ euro +VAT!!)
and not only that ive got to widen the track quite a bit and fit 17 or 18" wheels

Did you have to bash in the back of the front fenders to fit the 17/18's? I would think the large-ish rolling diameter would cause rubbing (binding!?) at the back?

There's heaps of room to fit large wheels in the back - The front is where the problem is at.

When I ran 17x7s (7.5? I can't remember now) with 215/40/17s I had issues with scrubbing in the front under full lock with compression, so roundabouts that were on an incline. The rear never came close to an issue.

I'll throw some of my pictures up later, but hopefully in the not too distant future I'll have more 'special' pictures :D

ROCK ON

I agree with you!

I could have worded it more carefully, but I'm talking about the back of the front wheel wells.

Mine is the ugliest Milano in the thread so far, and probably for the rest of the thread:

Hanging the tail out, PRE-sway bars, dropped spindles - lots of LCA angle!

Inhistoryclass:

I hope not! When are you coming out to a track event?

Giorgio,

what wheels are those? They look a bit like OZ Cups.

#24 ·
LOL!!!

I think you might be right about that one. I'll just have to put up some pics with Jes' lightweight bumpers then, complete with newly-rusted chicken mesh and bare fasteners!

BTW 75evo, your body roll is looking very tame there. I dunno why mine keels over. Maybe it's my big head.

I got this last year for free with 90 something thousand mls on it, Had not been started since 02, changed Battery and fluids, fitted a battery isolator to cure Battery drain problem, Intended keeping it for a couple of months, Never even considered an Alfa before that no offence but to be honest I thought they were **** but after nearly 9 months of relentlessly trying to break it I have to conceed that I cant, I absolutly love it, and recently without doing anywork on it it sailed through my countries very strict car testing with the exception of wiperblade condition and headlight dip allignment, the mechanic testing it stopped other inspectors testing other vehicles and spent a long time underneath it pointing at the mechanical layout with shocked and confused expressions on their faces.....
