Insurance Valuation

Not sure if this has been asked before,

How does everyone get on with valuations for their insurance companies?

Does anyone in Canterbury area know the best place to get my Alfa valued?

Thanks in advance

Try asking your insurance company. I'm not being silly, mine (AMI) have a couple of local (Wellington region) dealers/valuers that they use for getting valuations on rarer vehicles. It will probably cost you though, the spider was $105 (plus GST).

The local ami lady only recommended the standard used car dealer.
Got a valuation for free.
Just wanted an alfa or classic/rare car experts opinion of the value.

Would it be worth trying Euromarque?

A word of warning to all alfa owners, make sure you have agreed value on your car and check that it hasnt been changed on the annual review each year.

Had my gtv6 agreed value that they dropped from 7k to 4.7k and the market value on their system was only 1k.
