Juddery 146 boxer

I have a 1996 1.6l alfa, when driving the car seems to judder and bounce especially in second gear, it happens mostly when Im travelling at low speeds. I have changed the plugs and leads and have checked the vacume pipes that i can see. Can any one help me. Thank you

can you tell wether it engine or drive train related?? it sounds like the a problem i had with my 145 1,7 16v i changed out the drive axle bc one of the cv joints went bad. I also replaced the engine mounts at the same time but that was more becuase i had a litle pull in the gaspadle when accelerating.
