Brake pad change on '88 GTV

Team,
Can anyone tell me whether there are special tools required, or the need to wind pistons back into their bores on a Twin spark 1988 GTV? Are there any horror stories I need to be aware of in doing a (hopefully) simple pad change? I'm assuming they are the normal "push back" pistons.

Cheers,
david

that should have been a 98 model GTV.

Pardon, finger problems, that should have been a 98 model GTV.

Send a message via Skype™ to Hoygaard
Are we talking rear or front pads here?

Front caliper pistons can be pushed back, rear caliper pistons require a windback tool.

Thanks Hoygaad,
I suspected that the GTV brakes would be the same as the 156, and was suspicious when my parts supplier said there was no windback on the rear.
Cheers.
