GTV 2L V6 starting problems

Hey guys,
I hope you can help me with this unusual problem.
I just left my 98 GTV for 3 days, when I came back it would not start,
The battery has obviously drained but connecting a new one still would not get it started.
I pumped the gas pedal while trying to start it but the engine does not seem to get flooded as I smell no gas.
Could it be the fuel pump not delivering gas into the engine?
Where do I find the fuel pump within the car?
Many thanks.

Problem solved!

A simple reset did it !

Just unplug the positive battery terminal for a few minutes, then reconnect, and walah - it's alive!
