F3 Ellegi Motori Alfa Engines

Can anyone out here / there in Alfa-Land help me get a part for an Ellegi-Motori Twinspark F3 2-liter engine?
My dry sump oil pump toothed drive belt which is a Gates Powergrip 41059 x 1/2 has been torn and needs to be replaced. My emails to Ellegi-Motori both in English and Italian requesting this belt have gone unanswered. Gates in the USA says the belt is only available in Europe. And the engine builder who set this motor up in England spoke of difficulty in getting this belt anywhere but in Italy.
If there is a chance anyone knows of someone who has campaigned one of these cars and may have a spare, I would be most grateful for the help in buying it.
Or if there is someone with a connection at Ellegi Motori...

The car is a Dallara 391, but I suspect the oil pump drive setup is similar on the 392 and 393.
