Busted?

Seems like almost every sport these days has some sort of drug testing program too catch cheaters. Does anyone know if the FIA or any of the other governing organizations test?
Wouldn't drivers also benifit by the increased performance of fast-twitch muscle fiber and endurance that taking steroids provide?
