Rear mount front swaybar

Howdy,

Does anyone other than Jack Beck/Orion Motorsports make a rear mounted ( behind the front axle ) front swaybar?

The bottom of the front panel on my Giulia Super racecar project is rusted out to the front swaybar mounts. I'm now thinking that it may take the same amount of $$$ to fix the area and buy a conventionally mounted front swaybar vs. just buying the very expensive rear mounted piece.

Comments ????

Help ???

Thanks,

Dan

Hi Alfapwr,

I have seen another such bar, and it definitely wasn't the same construction as the one I bought from Jack Beck. I think Alan Ward used to make this style bar, although I seem to remember he has retired. Maybe some West Coast owners can chime in here...

Alan Ward-

Very much alive and kicking- lives in Las Vegas and can be reached at 702-898-1270. Still selling springs, panhard rods and rear mounted front anti-sway bars- solid as opposed to hollow like Jack's. A virtual lifetime of racing and breaking Alfa's only a phone call away! Fred.

I can also confirm that Alan is still very active and reachable at that number. I spoke with him 2 weeks ago, precisley about his front and rear bars... (He was going on a trip to CA to pick up an engine that he was going to be preparing for a customer!)
