BTW, I guess it is Stan Bauer's Giulia GT that was prepared by Santo's. Anthony any info on the prep, engine or other goodies on the car by any chance? 1600?

The car is running a 2L with Borgo 10:4:1 pistons, RJR cams, DCOE 45's. Aluminum flywheel with Porsche 911S pressure plate and Sachs clutch. Transmission is stock ratios and gears are lightened. Rear end is stock as well with 4.56 ring and pinion. It was shown as being in Historic A most of the event, but should have been in Historic A+. I guess a lot of the cars got mis-classified and it didn't get fixed until the end. I spoke with Stan today and he said the car ran awesome, not missing a beat. He said the toughest part of the event was staying hydrated as it was hotter than normal (he's now done 6 Carrera's). Both he and his co-driver we're feeling too great the first couple days, but made it in the end. They have one year to prepare for the next one.
