Alfas in LP F-Prod.

Last fall, several of us submitted a proposal to the SCCA Comp Board to have the Spider/GTV 2000 classed as a limited prep F-Production car. The request was rejected but we resubmitted it a month ago. Last week, I received a very positive e-mail from Jeff Zurschmeide, who is a member of the Oregon Region, an Alfa owner, and a new member of the Prod. Ad Hoc Committee. Jeff has been tasked by the Comp Board to research our proposal. We are submitting proposed specs for the GTV, Spider, and Berlina for classification in LP F-Prod. If anyone is interested, or wants to sign on to the proposal, contact me directly and I will forward you the proposed specs. According to Jeff, the Comp Board meets in another week, so we might get a decision relatively quickly.
