Turbo boost

What is de Max turbo boost possible on a 75 Turbo without touch on the electronics?
I read somewhere that the ECU can manage everything up to...

The stock boost is 0,7 bar to 155hp, and if I tune de wastegate valve to 0,9 how much power will it have?

Either put it on a dyno and attach a propper wideband air/fuel ratio meter or drive it on the road with a propper wideband air/fuel ratio meter.
Make sure air/fuel ratio's stay suitably rich (12:1 is still safe) and keep your ear's allert for the sounds of detonation.
Add some extra boost and run it again. If it isn't leaning out or detonating, add a little more.

I don't think you could acurately state a power output based only on an increase in boost. Is there any other work done to the car?

No work...
Only an increase in boost, twicking de wastegate actuator.
But with the increase of 0,2 bar, the car is much better, much faster.
I would say it add 20hp...

you can easily move it way up, the electronics is not the problem. The issue is that the injectors max out pretty soon.
