Either put it on a dyno and attach a propper wideband air/fuel ratio meter or drive it on the road with a propper wideband air/fuel ratio meter.
Make sure air/fuel ratio's stay suitably rich (12:1 is still safe) and keep your ear's allert for the sounds of detonation.
Add some extra boost and run it again. If it isn't leaning out or detonating, add a little more.
I don't think you could acurately state a power output based only on an increase in boost. Is there any other work done to the car?
