headlight relays?

When I got my milano it had a headlight relay added, but the first time i used the lights the connections to the relay got to hot that they melted. I fixed the bad connections, but still when I have the headlights on for a long period of time the relay and wiring get very hot, along with the switches for the fog lights that are to the right of the gauge cluster. Also, the high beams do not work. Any suggestions how to deal with this? Unfortuantly I made the mistake of buying the car disk manual before I knew that the wiring diagrams were illegible, but I guess if I need them I will just have to buy a real manual too.

Then you need a bigger printer

Or view them using image viewer software then you can really zoom in (did you know that there were little up and down arrows within the power window switch diagrams).

I would guess that at the moment you are printing them at about 17% of the actual size of the images.
