Rear wheel bearing number

Has anyone installed IAP's rear wheel bearings on your Alfetta/GTV6/Milano? If so, do you feel they are of good to excellent quality?

Or - does anyone have the bearing number (along with the manufacturer) for this bearing?

I'm told it is the same bearing as on the rear of mid 80's Saabs. However this is not helping me. My measurements of the bearing are OD - 75 mm / ID - 42 mm / Width - 37 mm. Two bearing houses can't find this size nor does either have a listing for automobiles. Apparently it is the ID that doesn't match up.

The bearing is a FAG but the number is Extremely obscure (even looking through a 12 x engraver's glass). My best guess the number 'might be 52714718.
