Nearing 200K on my gtv6. For the first 110K I had hydraulic tensioners that always leaked after a short time from being replaced. And at those "DOH" moments when I turned the car over in gear, the belt jumped a tooth on two/three different occasions. With the mechanical, no leaks and on the "DOH" moments never jumped a tooth.
