Hey everyone,
I recently did a rear battery conversion on a milano, placed a killswitch up front where the battery used to be. From doing this install I noticed that my turning over when trying to start was slow. I used 2/0 wire, and there is no voltage drop from the rear to front.
Anyways, it got cold here and I tried to start up but wasnt able to get it going. Battery drained.
I boosted from the killswitch connected to where the battery connects and grounded on the engine and she started fine with full power to everything.
Upon recharging my battery (trickle charger) I try to start and it doesnt even attempt to start, kind of like when the battery has no juice.
Could the killswitch be messed up?
What fuses can I check? I also found on the grounding right beside the passenger headlight the 2nd from the right ground was burnt, this seems to lead to my A/C pump?
I think my next step here is to connect a battery back up front and see if it will start then.
Any other ideas?
Thanks!
