Hello to all - 2L Twin Spark 75 1990

Hi guys.
I live in Brisbane Australia and am just in love with Alfa Romeos. I have a GTV6 2.5L which is in the garage for future restoration project and i am driving my 2L Twin Spark 75. I have 2 questions -
1 - There seems to be a fair bit of oil in my coolant reservior! Is this as drastic as i think it is (cracked head?) is a flush gonna help it greatly?
2 - My fan wont start, hence overheating problems when not moving. When car is moving there is no problems. Could this be as simple as my coolant temp sensor?
Any help would be greatly appreciated and i am thinking about getting back into the market for a newish alfa. Nothing more than 5 years old if any1 knows of any in Australia that is work a look. 5 speed manual only.

Gday Craig, sorry Jesse is my real name.
Yeah ill have a chat to my mechanic to see how much to replace the gasket. And also try to figure out this electrical problem. Thanks for your help mate ill have a look at your site now and try to post pictures soon
