recaro Verde seat rail spacers

Hi, I am restoring a '77 alfetta sedan... the front seats are in rough condition, and trying to replace with verde recardo seats... the floor pan of earlier sedans are flat and not raised... I need an inch to two inch spacer for the seat to be sitting in proper position...

does anyone know, in a 3.0 verde, how the recaro rails are raised up... there is a plastic shroud which covers it cosmetically and I am wondering if anybody has taken the plastic shroud to know... I am wondering if anyone has some of these spacers available for sale from past projects...

thanks, John

they are made from pressed steel and normally welded to the floor pan.
i can only see the need to remove these if you are using different seats or want to lower the seat height.
So there for, finding them seperate is not going to be easy...
Anyone here to save the day?
