pitted glass is a fixer or just go for a good replace

p/o must drove the car behind a gravel truck for few monts i just saw how bed my windshild was ,any one have a source for windshild for my milano its the tinted bronze color1987 .or idea how much it will be to replace it,thanks

Believe me, there is no future in trying to save a scratched or pitted windshield. A new one is a major upgrade. I've gotten 2 from Richard and will be getting one for my Spider soon. They're not cheap.

Eastwood sells a glass polishing kit but I can't vouch for it. There are people around who do glass polishing as well. It might be worth looking into.

don't you guys have insurance on your cars????? my insurance replaced the milano windshield for me. local reno, nv glass guy had no problem finding the windshield. $30/mo for insurance pays for the windshield, plus all other losses, accidents, etc.

i'm currently doing my gtv6 windshield, should be in next week.

i just got the milano under classic car ins this monday so ill wait with my claim !!
