Nice work. You've inspired me to take some pics of my own project. I'll have to start my own thread though Keep the pics coming! Would love to see your intake, and exhaust manifolds.

I think you might run into a bit of trouble mounting that rear sway bar..

It looks like you've got the retaining brackets facing the chassis, not facing the tranny (the C looking pieces of metal). I had trouble mounting my sway bar and had to bust out the cutting wheel to make it fit.

4mm spacer not applicable to the 75 unfortunatly, only the Gtv's as far as i know... as to who makes them iam not sure (anybody else please chime in??!!)
not straight forward as the bolt holes have uneven spacing!
The Alfa V6 is also externally balanced, thats another issue that you need to address depending which motor you are using (front pulleys etc)

The servo is a Bendix from a 1990 T/s 75 , the master is ATE from a BMW E30

In most of the forums on alfa bb and gtv6.com it states the 75 and gtv6 engines are a straight forward swap as they are the same block just bigger bore and stroke when upgrading from 2.5 to 3.0
The 164 12 and 24valve engines are a slightly shorter block (4mm) and in nearly all the discussions on converting from a fwd 3.0 to a rwd 3.0 it mentions the need for a flywheel spacer (amongst a few other minor alterations)
I assume the 24 valve engine in your 75 came from a 164 and if it is are you saying the spacer wasnt needed?

that 24 valver is a 164 unit... not sure what the deal is here but, the blocks are the same length, and the crank measures the same out as my 3ltr 12v 75 unit.
So spacer? not on my car there won't be!! only the bolts need be longer for the 75 flywheel (fine thread too)
And should any issues arise, my prop has a splined coupling at the front end! (std)

The splined front prop had crossed my mind.I think the reason everyone else seems to use the spacer is because of the 4mm difference ( or so they say) between the two engines but as you have a 164 engine in your car then perhaps the need for a spacer is not neccessry as the splines on the prop could easily accomodate 4mm
Im in no way an expert and you have obviosly successfully fitted the 24valve so I would gladly take your advice as i would like to eventually nfit a 24valve in my gtv
BTW did you know the only difference between the 24valve 210bhp super and the 24valve 230bhp cloverleaf engine is the intakes

Oh yes! mine got upgraded to the larger chrome runners whilst i was still smoking around in the 164
Someone then told me that theres an ecu tweek also to acheive that 230bhp, not sure how true that is tho.
They are the same runners on the 164 QV, and the 3.2 GTA units (for info purposes)
