I hope no one on the BB is the seller of that engine. That's overpriced for a second hand engine that doesn't even come with a quallity after market computer.
I'd be curious to see what sort of transmission he used to harness his Over 260RearWheel KWat
As for Nissan pistons in an Alfa, SR20's are 86mm bore, CA18 are (I think) 83mm but they are both for engines with 4 valve per cylinder combustion chambers and so wouldn't be a match. Not to mention crown height or gudgeon pin dimentions.

Where did anyone get the idea the engine was using Nissan pistons? Did I miss something, or is it an unrelated question?
Looks decent in the videos though, the track one is worth the watch.

i see the guy has a evo kit on the car also, were did he score that from.
i wonder what sleeves he has, when i was talking to beninca once he was telling me once you go over 300hp,you have to for a mono block,
the guy selling the motor doesn't state that he has done this with the motor.
also i see he has retained the twin dizzy and air flow meter.
he has not stated what ecu comes with the motor,or what one he uses!
to me it looks like all he as done is changed the pistons, put some new valves in
custom made the turbo manifold, new injectors

Their strong motors, s/s valves and forged pistons seem to be the only required mods, along with a/m ems. Another guy in melb runs similar mods and boost pressure on motec with equal results. I'd be more interested in how he gets it to the ground..

There's a guy in Sydney who has Evo moulds and sells copies - Serpent I think - Although he is well aware he's basically the only one in Australia with moulds and charges a small fortune for them.

Rookie ROX
Yeah I bought another ALFA?
I am seriously infected by the Alfa virus.
It's actually on the other side of Oz from me, so I will post updates when I get the car.
I actually bought the whole car 231.8 kW atw or 310.8 BHP atw.....
