Smile Milano lug nut size...?

Just got some new wheels for my Milano and need to procure some new lug nuts that will allow the stock wheel studs to go through the end. The stock lugs bottom out and don't tighten the wheels enough. I'd rather not use washers or spacers if I can avoid it.

Does anyone know what size and/or thread pitch are the stock lug nuts?

Also, do 2.5L Milanos have the same wheels studs as the Verde?

Thanks in advance.

The thread pitch is 12x1.5mm. You could get some open lug nuts so you won't have to worry about the bottoming out issue. This is OK if you have a center cover for your wheel ... might not look so good if your new wheels don't have 'em.

Yup. Identical.

I bought a set of deep, chromed lug nuts at Wal Mart...
hey they look much better than the OEM's and they fit inside the narrow Chromodora holes, after 2 1/2 years they are still shinny!

Thanks Nizam. You probably knew that off the top of your head.

Went to PepBoys and can't believe how much lug nuts are. Also they only come four to a pack in the size that I need. I just bought one set just to see if it works.

WallMart 4 lug nuts? Any other sources?

Thanks

For the record, I found that my sisters old Mazda has the same thread pitch as the Alfas, so instead of asking for Alfa nuts, I simply asked for Mazda, made the job a whole lot easier.

I sourced my from the local auto parts store, so I imagine you shouldn't have a problem over there!

ROCK ON
