Milano/75 Short-Shifter Conversion!
- Separate posts for GTV6/Alfetta & Milano/75 - Separate Solutions!
Had the pleasure of driving Demo Car #1 ("D1" - a 75 Twin Spark) in Ron Simon's 75 Experience fleet at the Ring - what a blast that little car is!
Any way, the car was also fitted with Alex Jupe's new short-shifter conversion for those cars! (He had been doing them for some time now on the GTV6 cars and this was a new addition for the 75/Milano cars...) I loved it!
Jes and I want to do something similar on the 2 x 3.7 race cars (as well as on the two Verde street cars...) Naturally, there are others here who would also be interested, so I thought that I would give Alex a chance to share his concept here with us (and also open this up to other folks who have perhaps done something similar?)
It is a lot of work sometimes and sometimes not - sometimes it is jus the development of something that a vendor like Alex deserves to get paid for - the last thing that I would want to do is take away from anyone.
With that said; what is out there?

More shifters
I think Alex converts existing shifters to the short throw ones . I would be interested in knowing how much would Alex charge. Maybe we here in the states can send a bulk shipment from here. Or commit to Alex and get a bulk discount. Either way if JJ says its worth it i respect his opinion very much.

Cost
What would it cost if I sent you a shifter to convert it to a short throw. This would be for a GTV6 non isostatic ? If you want you can PM me.
Thanks Sebastian
