Grant, http://www.onlineconversion.com/ probably has that hp conversion.

Do these Milanos actualy make good rally cars? I thought the DeDion didn't do well over bumps.

dedion rally cars

It makes for a good tarmac rally car indead , though for gravel and nasty bumbs the ground clearance (sump and down pipes) up front is the problem .

Actually it is the exhaust at the front of the dion tube that is the worst area. For a while we were ripping the exhaust off right after the cat on the first stage of a race. The rear of the dion suspension is the second low area that always drags and makes me lose traction on a 2 track road. The rougher the road the slower we are due to the dion drag. On the new car I will route the exhaust in the foot well of the rear seat and cap it. The other modification is the cross car dion tube needs raising. I will have some one weld up a humped up tube to make ground clearance. I will scan the modification proposal later. This mod makes me nervous.

One last comment. The Milano is the worst car to race in the snow (against 4wd and fwd). We raced in the Tall Pines rally in Ontario last year (was winning our class) and rolled off the road.
