I can't agree more. This was the toughest decision faced by an Alfisti couple. I preferred the black stripes: they're an Alfa 75 visual statement, highly classic; My wife wants modern look, and thinks the black rubber stripes make the car look 10 year+ older.
So between classic and modern, it was finally her call as this is her car.

Yiminlu,
You need to get better looking wheels. May I suggest Team Dynamics in 16" in silver? Would look really nice.

Looking great! I'm sure it would look spectacular with everything cleaned, some nice shiny wheels and clean black tyres!
Just a side note, have you thought about painting your wheel wells black? I personally found it looks so much better, especially when you've got wheels that showoff that area.

At least I got my grill back! black mesh w/red surround YES!
I love black TeamDynamics wheels, but my bank account is currently shaky with $$$$ spent on the kit and paint job. Once I sold my house, I can recalculate how to use the anticipated profit

definately a project and it looks good! I plan on painting mine in the spring and have been tossing around the idea of having the black strips done in body color. Now I can see how it'll look. Just makes the decision harder! I definately am going to paint the mirrors but I kind of like the definition of the black mouldings. Looking forward to more progress photos, Joe btw, what are you using for turn directionals? Are you wiring in the lamps next to the headlights?

I drilled the corner lights (mine are clear) and stuck an amber bulb in each one, from the back. I used some GM fixture from O'Reilley's that uses a generic push-in type bulb. The turn signals blink faster than stock because of lower resistance, but they are plenty bright. When headlights are on, both bulbs are lit, but the amber ones are the turn signals. I would like to add some fog lights.

hahahahahaha!!!
Totally depends on where you are in Canada bud.
Im not 100% about Ontario, but Alberta and Saskatchewan still only have the rear licence plate.

Yes, Well, he's from Ontario, judging by his plate. Its the law in Ontario, or else a $100+ fine.

Front license plate is quite a negligible law in GTA Ontario. Cops are too busy or too lazy to stop a car with no front tag. For all the years I live in Ontario, my personal law re front plate has always been a matter of opinions. On some cars I want the front license such as my 164: the plate sticks out, providing possible protection in the unfortunate event of downtown parking skirmishes. On my previous Saab, the plate will hang even because behind it is a recess on the bumper, so there is no protection anyway, then I don't use the plate. On my old VW, the face of the plate as well as the holder on the bumper were rusted, so I placed the tag backward to cover the rust. There're many ways to play with that front piece. For my Milano, I'll have to see the end result to determine whether I need it or want it.
75 GTA:
My wife and I are both artists ( with degrees but we never made a living on art) We share same aesthetics on many things. The 75/Milano is a Beauty, maybe a different kind. The Evoluzione is one of the best-designed aero kits, truly timeless or trend-leading during any era, I think... We were indeed a bit surprised that the 75 was not Pininfarina, but a somewhat rushed in-house Alfa design (as we were told). Very successful!
