The lenses are definitely different on LHD and RHD versions of the Euro Lights. The LHD lights feature a very sharp horizontal cutoff on the left light, and a more angled cutoff on the right light. This allows a very bright light but due to the sharp lefthand cutoff won't blind oncoming traffic. I suspect the RHD version is the reverse of this.

You can tell by looking at the lense pattern of the lights. The units we have for sale at Centerline are LHD lights.

Another way to go is to use BMW light capsules as my friend did on his 87 Milano. Pictures and write were posted sometime ago on BB by Alex. Our friend Jim made a little different grill to go with them but ligts do work well.
