400 HP??? Holy crap, Turbo Man! That is a sleeper, and $9500 isn't a bad deal for that kind of cash invested.

That's the Greg Armstrong Milano. It's probably the very best out there.

Does anyone know what he's done with the transmission? Has he just kept it stock and keeps rebuilding it? I thought the transaxles couldnt handle that much horsepower

Holy crappers! I wonder if the radar detector comes with the car! Seems like it might be an essential bit of kit.

If you don't drag race it, the gearbox should last a long time. But have one spare just in case .

Greg Armstrong is in So Cal so it probably passed CA smog - visual inspection could be an issue.

I talked with Greg Armstrong via e mail about this car quite a bit. He gave me some great pointers on supercharging a couple years ago. Greg Armstrong claimed the car had around 290 flywheel horsepower. However he was estimating it and being very conservative It's probably a lot closer to 340 flywheel horsepower. I kind of doubt headers, exhaust and supercharger porting would bring it up to 400hp, but maybe it could.
The transaxle is stock, or at least was when I last heard from him. It does not hold up very well. He simply accepted that he would have to replace a transaxle once a year or so.

I'm in The Netherlands, and wouldn't mind having it shipped over. I sent the seller an e-mail just to test the water...
