stock v6 3.0 (192hp) Milano acceleration?
Can anyone tell me how much time does 75 (stock,V6 3.0 with 192hp) needs to accelerate to 60mph? I have been searching for that info, but I just can't find it!!

I seem to vaguely recall magazine articles back in the day stating a time of 7.5secs 0-60mph. I think the GTV6 2.5 that came before it was clocked at 8.2secs.

My 3.0 is only slightly faster than my dad's platinum (2.5) to 60.

Somehow, I think that's rather optimistic. And I have a few of these things
(on the other hand, my Milano 3.0V6 24v may get to 60mph in less than 7 seconds, but that's not what the original poster asked -- let's face it, the 75 in stock form is NOT a dragster)

The site www.autoweek.nl has a carbase with specs. for the 1992 Alfa Romeo 75 V6 (192hp) they give a 7.5 sec to 100km/h and a topspeed of 222km/h. Interestingly for the 1989 model (188hp) they give 7.3 sec.
But traffic light sprints are not the thing for a 75. Too much strain onthe drivetrain. You kill every donut in sight.

Thats a bit of a vague question there... it depends how you do it, and what you do to the engine prior.
You should be able to manage 300hp without too much trouble, but after that the driveline will **** itself from the strain. Its not as simple as you might think.

Let me point out to this simple equation:
Money = hp = speed
How much did you want to spend?
I'm not kidding. Let's take a look at other well-established sectors of the automotive turbocharging market. This one company alone has four options on turbocharging kits for the VW R32: http://www.streetwerke.com/R32turbo.html
So, let's see that equation again ...

The GT480 kit looks like a relative bargain. Double the boost capability for just 1,000 USD more! How long will that block last?!

I can normally whack VW Golf VR6's (some mags have 0-60 in under 7 secs), but you have to brutal with the clutch and drive it like a "bastard".
Top speed? Many times over 140mph, overtaking high power diesel Merc's and Volvo T5's.
Strangely, it is more comfortable and stable over 120mph then at lower speeds.

That should make sense though? I mean they were designed and developed for Italy and their Autobahn style roads. They were never meant to be toodled along at 60km/h / 35mph. My father always comments on how crap they are and difficult to drive when your only doing round the town driving, but get them into open space and they're beautiful.
But anyway! As for the Golf R32...only $27k US for a turbo kit...
