like any car of this age, there are a couple of minor door dings. A couple of the dings are on the side chrome pieces. The front Chrome piece should be replaced and I do have that part available. I don't know about any taxes, you would have to ask your local license and insurance people. Where are you located? Noticed your black 164 for sale. In regards to the paint are there any chips, scratches, or small dents? Would you happen to have any information on shipping the vehicle to the USA and if there are any import taxes as well as having the car titled in the US?
