Nice 75 you have, seen your pics. which wheels did you go with?
I run 205/55/15's on 75TS with the same rims as you have and they're great.
You asked about relays after I commented they were cheap in USA, but now I'm back online I couldnt find where you posted me.
The website I found was Beuller Relays:

But a close look shows the ones on this page are not exactly the same action.
The original ones I replaced are Bosch 0 332 014 113, trcking thru several replacement parts over 20 years, the modern Bosch replacement is now 0332 019 151.
Its a pretty standard part, but lost my list of other manufacturers equivalents.
Best to check & match the diagram & numbers on the side of the relay.
Had a chat with a 2.5 75 owner (aircraft guy too) and he confirmed that corroded old relays cause a voltage drop instead of delivering full power and this upsets things.
I'll be doing more relays (esp ECU), can let you know what I find if you are interested.
