Hi Dana,
Actually it was my Milano I lowered, but looking at my Alfetta GT it appears to be the same setup. You have two options, a large change (about 35mm or so) can be made by leaving the bar in place, removing the front wheel, disconnect the shock and the tie rod ball joint. Then remove the A-arm (held on by the two large bolts) (note any alignment shims under the nuts on the inside of the car) then and rotate the arm upwards one front spline tooth and reinstall. Mark which spline it was on first so you know where you started as a reference point). If that's too low, you'll have to remove the bar and then it's a matter of trial and error. Always start with a reference point before you make any adjustments. It's hard to describe in words. There's a thread
http://www.alfabb.com/bb/forums/mila...-bars-out.html in the Milano Forum on this BB, it's chock full of good info and chronicles my experiences. Feel free to call me if you have any questions! 256-830-4488
