Yes, the car has A/C; it is Freon-12 and works fine, blows cold, but may need a bit of a recharge as it loss efficiency on the hottest (>100) days.
The engine is 3.0 as is for all Verdes.
The major difference in the pictures is the car is no longer garaged and has not been detailed in over a year. It is in daily driver use, the engine bay shows it, a few dings that don't show in the photo, some fading to the spoiler trim paint
