HR Weekend 8-10 October

This is a reminder for all of you coming to the CIAO Festival portion of the Alfa Hampton Roads Weekend and about the entire weekend of fun that we have planned. You can find all the details at http://members.cavtel.net/rtriebwass...20Weekend.htm:

The HR Weekend organizing committee have done a great job setting up what looks like will be a great event! Let's all show our support and have some Alfa fun this coming weekend.

According to the list of attendees and cars compiled by Rich Minor, we have at least 24 cars signed up for possible display at the Williamsburg Winery on both Saturday and Sunday. Since the festival gets underway at 11:00, it's a good idea that those of us displaying our cars be on the Williamsburg Winery grounds http://www.ciaowilliamsburg.org/page5.htm as early as possible to set up our cars and the display. The CIAO people will be there by about 8 AM, so we should try to arrive between 9 and 10 AM.

If anyone plans to arrive via the Jamestown-Scotland Ferry it departs Scotland Neck side of River at 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00 AM and on every hour and half hour.

Sunday, we will meet at 9 AM at Starbucks Newport News http://members.cavtel.net/rtriebwasser/starbucks.htm all set for a 10 AM departure for the Sunday Drive.

Don't forget that after the day's events at the Winery on Saturday, Rich and Mary Minor will be hosting us for a bit of coffee and dessert at their nice place in Williamsburg http://members.cavtel.net/rtriebwasser/minor_map.htm.

See ya there!

Cheers,
Alex
