Brad,

It is owned by a guy named Lee who lives in Florida. I don't know why the car is in Richmond area. Anyway, there's a thread with some more details about the car located here: roundtail spider images...

I would be very careful about this car and would not buy it. It has hanging pedals, a 2L with SPICA, all kinds of incorrect details, etc. It's probably a great driver, but it would cost several thousands of dollars and much effort to make it 'originale' again. I'm sure that it will find a good home and be used for many 's-miles', but it won't ever be a 'Duetto' again.
