Tom Mertens went to see it in December 2008 and reported his findings back to the Montreal forum. If you sign up for the Yahoo Group alfamontreal : Alfa Romeo Montreal you can read for yourself. I'm not sure if posting the thread from over there is appropriate.

My advice would be to join the Yahoo Montreal owners group. There are a few threads about this car and various people have been to see it. Best you read about it on there. Plus, if you're looking for a good car, that'd be first port of call.
