Sorry, no Alfa, but who can help ...

Who can help with the following photos ? They were taken around 1990 in a temporary museum, that showed parts of the famous "Sleeping Beauties" collection. The text says, that it is a "Lancia Aurelia B20 Pininfarina".

Is the text correct, or what is it ? Does anybody know this exact car ? How many of those were produced ?

I know, it's no Alfa. But I also know that there are a lot of people with know how on other italian cars in this forum

Thanks in advance
Kay

1952 Lancia Aurelia B52 Vignale, designed by Michelotti
One similar car (s/n B52*1026) was sold by Blackhawk in 2005

Thanks, for your reply. This really helps. I was quite sure, it couldn't be a B20, but didn't know what it was.

Does anybody know how many of these "Lancia Aurelia B52 Coupe Vignale" have been produced ?

Thanks!
Kay

Hi DIM,

thanks a lot. This really seems to be the car. I found some other photos elsewhere, in the meantime.

Do you know what happened between 1991 (when the museum closed) and 2003 (when the unrestored car was presented) ???

Kay
