Thank you for posting the event information. I meant to do it after last week's club meeting but scanning the flyer failed because of a computer migration.
I'm guessing 15-20 of the local club members are also AlfaBBers and will be there. In previous years, cars from WA, OR and AB also attended the event. I know some of them are AlfaBBers too and hope to see them again this year in spite of the economy, changed identification requirements at the border -- and a weather forecast that currently includes the possibility of light rain for Sunday.

Here we go:
It's worth mentioning that we appreciate that Ferrari Maserati of Vancouver sponsors the event.

As per the Weather Network forecast of 9:00 PM on Saturday evening, the forecast is actually pretty good:

Weather cooperated and the sun was very hot. Lots of Italian cars, bikes and some French cars. It was well attended

The weather cooperated mostly but not entirely. A few Sprinkles around 8:00 AM and then again at about 2:55 PM -- but not rain, just sprinkles. Maybe because of the unstable weather, some cars arrived very late (after 1:00 PM) but kudos to everyone who brought their cars out. Although it was supposed to be an Italian and French car show, there was also a Bentley and a Mercedes SLR (I'm sure the visitors didn't mind). Audience turn-out was great: There were so many visitors it was at times difficult to see or take pictures of the cars but I didn't have much time for that because I was yapping with friends all the time.

I think a special thanks should go out to Mr. Fritz Duernberger for organising another great show this year!
Even though the Seattle Ferrari contingent was absent this year (save for two cars - a Testarossa and a 308 GTS who came up for the day only), there was still an impressive turn-out of local cars, many of them, it was there first time attending the event.
And as Reudi mentioned, it was nice that the weather cooperated and it was even very sunny and warm later on. Almost right on cue at the end, did it start to sprinkle a bit.

Sweet lookin' Urraco. Is it still around? I have heard about it, but I have yet to see the Silhouette that is supposedly owned by someone here in Vancouver...

I don't know about this black one, but last time the club met out at Gio Clemente's shop in Coquitlam, they had their silver Urraco (which is listed for sale here) in the back.

here's a silhouette taken the same day...
clemente use to be the north American importer of techomagesio (the real ones... pre MIM unlike the stuff today) along with CSC exhaust which i still have after nearly 20 years...great stuff
i think his is a P250S with very strange rear bumpers.
the last time i saw the silhouette was in the late 90's
